AntiGravity®  Aerial Yoga

Explore the evolution of yoga into 3-dimensional space. Every asana and vinyasa sequence on the Harrison AntiGravity® Hammock is taught with clear progressions. We will challenge the balance, length, and strength throughout the body while connecting to the breath. Here we spend more time stretching and lengthening both standing and through inversions. Sometimes finding what we can release to enhance the whole, we will mobilize the myofascial webbing encasing our muscle fibers and lacing through our bodies to tone and strengthen long lean muscles. We find poised extension at a moderate pace throughout this class.

AntiGravity® Suspension Fitness

With our decompressions, these strength building exercises, which enhance the core while incorporating the full body, will lengthen while strengthening. You may recognize some of the interwoven movements from Pilates, TRX, and power yoga sequences. We will gradually progress into advanced movement and interesting inversions to challenge your mind-body connections, mobility, and flexibility. I enjoy challenging your extremes so that we may find play and flow between.

AntiGravity® Teens

Teens are so agile and have so much energy that AntiGravity can be an amazing outlet with inversions and flying while incorporating the full body as well as lengthen while strengthening the body and broadening the brain wiring. Playing with proprioception and spatial awareness can be a great gain which translates to other sports and activities. We also incorporate stretching and mobility with the joy of flight. We will gradually progress into advanced movement and interesting inversions to challenge your mind-body connections, mobility, and flexibility. It's so important to have awareness of our bodies and keep that open mind and freedom of movement that kids have naturally. With the Harrison Hammocks we can indulge in and build that awareness of self, play with balance, open perspectives, and fly.
